· Achieve secure locking with a clear click sensation and insertion inertia.
· Structurally prevents semi-mating to improve work process efficiency and reduce the burden on workers.
· Ensures reliable contact due to the three independent contact spring structure and has high contact reliability with 5 contact points.
· A molded lance has been adopted as the contact lances may become deformed due to terminal entanglement after crimping.
· A molded kink has been added to the straight pin header temporarily fixing to the circuit board and preventing reverse insertion into the circuit board.
· Glass-reinforced resin has been adopted for the pin header as a measure against solder cracking caused by heat shrink.
· Each terminal is enclosed in a box and is independent.
· This makes it possible to prevent shorts between adjacent terminals.
