Shield tube with the hook-and-loop tape type.
[Features] By using the special copper sheet, it became stronger against unnecessary radiation and the shield effect is significantly improved.
· Realized improvement of electromagnetic wave shield effect better than aluminum shield tubes. 0.04 Ω/cm2 on electricity resistor value, approximately half of aluminum, was achieved.
· Since soldering can be easily done, the earth attachment can be done in a short time.
· Significantly excellent flexibility, and as it is softer than aluminum foil and metal mesh type, it can be used in narrow and not much space.
· As hook-and-loop tape is used, opening/closing, attaching/detaching and post insertion work can be done easily. No dedicated tool is required.
· Since outer diameter adjustment can be done from 2ø to 3ø, fits well to the object.
· Since direct soldering is possible, easy ground wire attaching is possible.
[Applications]
· Can be used by winding to a wire rod that noise prevention is required.
· Can be cut with scissors, so it can be used at onsite any time.
· The plastic cap used to secure the paper tube and collar used for reel packaging products will be temporarily switched to a metal cap due to the manufacturer’s reasons. This replacement will starts sequentially from September 1, 2017. When it goes back to plastic cap is currently unknown, but we will announce it on this website as soon as it is confirmed. There is no change in the specifications of the product itself.
