Product Description

A vacuum angle valve is made entirely of stainless steel which provides excellent corrosion-resistance.
[Features]
· The vacuum section of the valve is completely made of stainless steel (SUS).
· There is no leakage at positive pressure or counter pressure with a differential pressure of 0.15 MPa.
· The functional design results in large conductance.
· It has a single-side rotating flange, so installation is easy (ConFlat flange).
· Can be installed at any position (unless otherwise specified, it is recommended that installation be with the valve seat facing the direction with largest pressure fluctuation).
