· Completely lubrication-free product. Parts are cleaned and assembled in a cleanroom. No oil is used even for the sealing material.
· The tube is connected by Push One. No need of jigs or tools to connect the tube.
· Liquid-contact areas are non-metallic. The fluid does not touch the metal, so there is no elution of metal ions.
· Has excellent dust-free and non-polluting properties. Special polypropylene resin material is used.
· Excellent inner surface smoothness. As the product is injection molded, the inner surface is smooth.
· Double clean packaging. Each unit is packed in a cleanroom and further packaged in zip seal bags.
· Rotating main body and thread portion. Orientation of elbow, tee and the like can be decided at the time of piping.
· Compliant with Japan's MHLW Ministerial Notification No. 201 (2006) and MHLW Ministerial Notification No. 370 (1959).
