Limit Switch Usage notes
Limit Switch Handling
Do not apply excessive load to the cord (29.42N or less),
as this may cause the cord to break.
When bending the cord repeatedly, make sure the bending radius is R20mm or more.
Please be careful when handling the wire spring type as the tip is thin.
Limit Switch Regarding installation
- Do not tighten the nut with excessive force. For tightening torque and mounting hole dimensions of Limit Switch, see the table below.
- The screw part of the base has special screw dimensions, so it cannot be installed using standard tapping.

Limit Switch Operation
- Do not apply excessive force to the actuator. The actuator has a maximum strength of 14.7N, but if you are operating it repeatedly, do not apply more than 1.96N (0.49N for wire spring type).
- The operating characteristics vary depending on the direction of the force (X, Y, Z).
- Tactile Limit Switch have a mechanism in which an actuator moves when force is applied to the tip, opening and closing the internal switch.The principle is different from switches that only require touching the actuator (NL limit typetouch switch, D5C cylindrical type touch switch).
- If the wire spring type has too much stroke, it may break. The total movement (TT) should be used as a reference value only.
- If the Limit Switch is used in a location where it may come into direct contact with oil or water, please attach a protective cover (protective covers are not sold).
- When used outdoors, it may cause malfunctions due to ozone degradation, etc. Also, durability may be affected by differences in usage environment.
