A nose-lock type index plunger.
[Features]
· A hand-operated index plunger. The nose retraction position is easily set and released by pulling the knob. When released, the built-in spring returns the nose to its original position.
· Nose can be locked (fixed) in the retracted position by pulling the knob and rotating it 90 degrees.
· Heat resistant from temperatures of -30° to 130°C.
· The plastic body is lightweight and ideal for environments that require rust resistance.
[Applications]
· The pin can be pulled in manually for equipment where indexing and positioning need to be canceled manually.

Effective positioning by the nose.
Pull the knob to retract the nose.
When the knob is rotated 90°, it locks the nose in the rest position.
- Make sure the tapped hole is free of dust, chips, etc., before mounting.
- If using this product by screwing it in all the way up to the hexagon on the main body, if you do not chamfer the tapped hole, the contact surface will be maximized.
