A flexible coupling with clean specifications that has excellent heat and chemical resistance.
[Features]
· Oldham type flexible coupling.
· Clean washed and clean packed.
· Can be used in environments such as FPD manufacturing equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment that require heat and chemical resistance and in clean rooms.
· Uses PEEK for the spacer.
· Excellent heat and chemical resistance, and very little outgas.
· Allows eccentricity and declination due to slipping of hub and spacer.
· The axis load generated by misalignment is small, reducing the load on the axis.
