· This self-aligning plain bearing (spherical bearing SB-type) for heavy load is obtained by applying a phosphate coating excellent in rust-prevention and abrasion-resistance on inner and outer rings hardened and ground with high carbon chromium bearing steel and further hardened with molybdenum disulfide (MoS^2).
· The bearing can bear large radial loads and thrust loads in both directions.
· Resistance against impact loads makes the product ideal for low-speed heavy-load swinging parts such as cylinder clevis and hinges of various construction and civil engineering machines, and truck suspensions.
· The most widely used series in Japan. Product is used for heavy loads since the spherical contact area has a large width.
The outer ring is split at 2 points to accommodate the inner ring.
