· Self-aligning plain bearing for heavy loads is spherical bearing SA1 type, high-carbon chromium bearing steel hardened and ground, inner and outer rings are coated with a phosphate coating with excellent rust prevention and abrasion-resistance, and are further baked with molybdenum disulfide (MoS^2).
· The bearing can bear large radial loads and thrust loads in both directions.
· Resistance against impact loads makes the product ideal for low-speed heavy-load swinging parts such as cylinder clevis and hinges of various construction and civil engineering machines, and truck suspensions.
· The series is commonly used in Europe.
· The outer ring is split at 1 location (2 locations for an inner diameter of ø100 or more). Narrower width is and thickness thinner than SB type enables it to be used compactly.
· Models with dust seals on both sides (SA1-UU type) are also available. The seals are highly effective at dust-proofing.
