Ideal for transporting thin workpieces such as copy paper, vinyl, etc. *CAD data is being revised for this series. Data will be made available as soon as modifications are complete.
[Features]
· Available in wide range of pad sizes, pad materials and holder shapes.
· Suction performance has been improved and multiple suction reduced by thinning the lip part and enhancing adhesion to the workpiece.
· The existing vacuum pad holders (A, B and E types) have been downsized to save space.
· Similar to the traditional products, the pad can be replaced without removing the holder from the equipment. Also applicable for the optional fall prevention valve and pad direct mount type filter.
· Pad holders have been added for fields requiring the use of "non-copper-based metals" and "measures against low-concentration ozone."
· No copper-based metal members are used in the metal component materials. HNBR is used for the seal rubber material.
