Example of Use
Manual Hand Valves are applicable to many industrial automation fields, and are installed in air channels as switches.
When cutting off the air supply, 3-way valves can discharge residual pressure (of installed equipment) on the output side, so it is safe to adjust and repair the equipment.
2-way Hand Valves cannot discharge residual pressure, and are suitable for supplying air to equipment that do not discharge residual pressure, such as air storage tanks. In addition, 2-way valves are applicable to vacuum pipes.

In the direction shown by the arrow, air inlet is on IN end and outlet on OUT end.
When there is no air inlet and therefore no air pressure on IN end during use, the air flow on OUT end returns to IN end after squeezing the spring, making it impossible to keep pressure in the air circuit (decrease of air pressure).
Hand valve cannot be used in a negative pressure system or for keeping pressure. Always use a ball valve product to keep pressure.
