Precautions of Temperature Sensors
· It is used when the temperature measurement point is exposed, so it responds faster than the sheath type.
· Temperature measurement can be performed at the point on the measured object.

Instructions of Temperature Sensors
The gap between the protective tube of the thermocouple and the wall is not filled with insulating material, causing heat overflow or cold in the furnace.
Air invades, so the gap between the thermocouple protection tube and the furnace wall hole should be blocked with insulating materials such as refractory mud or asbestos rope to prevent hot and cold air convection from affecting theaccuracy of temperature measurement.
The cold end of the thermocouple is too close to the furnace body, causing the temperature to exceed 100℃.
The installation of thermocouples should avoid strong magnetic fields and strong electric fields as much as possible, so thermocouples and power cables should not be installed in the same conduit to avoid interference and errors.
Thermocouples cannot be installed where the measured medium rarely flows. In an area where a thermocouple is used to measure the gas temperature in the tube, the thermocouple must be installed against the direction of flow velocity andfully in contact with the gas.
