■Test Conditions
· Linear bearing (inner diameter 16) used with MISUMI guide shaft (PSFJ), subjected to a 63 kg load and run for 30 km to check for product damage and sliding noise.

■Test Results
The economy model ensures smooth ball movement, with good durability and low noise.

![]() | When inserting the guide shaft into the linear bearing, please align the center and insert it slowly, otherwise the steel ball will fall off or the retainer will be deformed. |
(1) Before use, apply grease to the ball rows inside the linear bearing, and replenish as needed thereafter. The grease forms an oil film on the surface of the steel balls and the rolling surfaces (guide shaft and bushing) in the linear bearing, effectively reducing friction and preventing seizure. A decrease or deterioration of grease can greatly affect the service life of the linear bearing.
(2) Recommended grease: lithium soap-based grease.
(3) Recommended greasing interval: typically every 6 months.
(4) If the travel distance is long, it is recommended to grease every 3 months, or if the travel distance exceeds 1000 km within the interval, use 1000 km as the standard.
(5) When the linear bearing is subjected to a large moment load (eccentric load), a single bushing type is not suitable. It is recommended to use a double bushing type or multiple single bushing types.
■ Dust Protection Measures:
If dust or foreign matter enters the inside of the linear bearing, it may damage the circulation of the steel balls, which can lead to unexpected failures. When used in harsh environments, please additionally install dust covers and protective covers.
■ MISUMI linear bearings are recommended to be used with hardened guide shafts with g6 tolerance.
■ MISUMI linear bearings are recommended to be installed in housings with H7 tolerance. The linear bearing and the housing have a clearance fit.
