- การเลือกใช้ Screw ที่เป็น General Purpose ควรจะมี L/D Ratio 20:1 และมีอัตราส่วน Feed / Compression / Metering ที่ 10/5/5
- ถ้า Screw ที่ L/D Ratio < 18:1 Pitch ควรจะ = 0.9 Ds
- และความแตกต่างระหว่าง Resin ที่มี Glass Fiber กับไม่มี Glass Fiber : Screw จะมี Compression Ratio ที่แตกต่างกัน ซึ่งถ้ามี Glass Fiber จะมีค่า Compression Ratio ที่น้อยกว่า
