AI Chatbot Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of the AI chatbot (hereinafter referred to as the “AI Chatbot”) provided by MISUMI (THAILAND) CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). By accessing or using the AI Chatbot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 2 (Applicability of the Terms)
- 1.These Terms shall apply to all relationships between you and the Company in connection with the use of the AI Chatbot.
- 2.In the event of any discrepancy between the content of these Terms and any other explanations provided by the Company regarding the AI Chatbot, or any inconsistency between these Terms and other rules or regulations of the Company, these Terms shall prevail.
Article 3 (Hours of Use; Suspension of the AI Chatbot)
The AI Chatbot is generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; however, the Company may change, suspend, or terminate the AI Chatbot without prior notice due to system maintenance, malfunctions, or other reasons.
Article 4 (Characteristics of Generative AI)
- 1.The AI Chatbot utilizes generative artificial intelligence (hereinafter referred to as “Generative AI”). Generative AI is a machine learning-based technology designed to generate human-like responses to user inputs and may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading responses.
- 2.The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided by the Generative AI.
- 3.You understand that the information provided by the AI Chatbot may not always be accurate and shall use such information at your own risk and discretion.
Article 5 (User Responsibility)
- 1.In using the AI Chatbot, you shall not engage in any acts that violate laws and regulations, these Terms, or public order and standards of decency.
- 2.You shall use any information obtained through the AI Chatbot at your own risk, and the Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such use.
- 3.Responses are provided solely to address your inquiries, and you shall not use all or any part of such responses for any other purpose (including redistribution or any other secondary use).
Article 6 (Handling of Personal Information)
- 1.The Company does not request that you input any personal information, including government-issued identification numbers (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”) into the AI Chatbot.
- 2.When using the AI Chatbot, you shall not input your own or any third party’s Personal Information.
- 3.The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you or any third party arising from the input of Personal Information into the AI Chatbot.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- 1.The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you or any third party in connection with the use of the AI Chatbot.
- 2.The Company shall not be liable for any technical failures, errors, or delays arising in connection with the use of the AI Chatbot.
Article 8 (Use of Input Content)
The Company may record, monitor, store, and analyze input content and interaction history for the purposes of responding to your inquiries, improving the AI Chatbot, quality assurance, security management, and compliance with applicable laws.
Article 9 (Amendment of the Terms)
- 1.The Company may revise, amend, or modify these Terms (hereinafter referred to as “Amendments”).
- 2.In making Amendments, the Company shall notify Users of the content of the Amendments, the effective date thereof, and other necessary matters by posting on the important notices section of the Company’s website or by other appropriate means prior to the effective date.
- 3.The Amendments shall take effect as of the effective date specified at the time of such notification.
