Product Description
- Slide Rails - Light Load, Compact, Aluminum / Stainless Steel, SAR3 / SARC3 / SSRC3 series from MISUMI.
- Aluminum Type has the advantage of being lightweight and Stainless Steel Type excels in corrosion resistance and load capacity, each available with a compact size.
- The overall length of the three-step slide rail can be selected up to 500 mm.
- The full stroke motion is unavailable when the length is 80mm, because the stroke length falls below the rail length.
- For horizontal installation, the target value of load rating is 25% (Reference Value)
- The rails cannot be pulled apart.
Three-Stage Slide Rails – Light Load and Compact Types
Three-Stage Slide Rails
Select from SSTER3 steel, SAR3 aluminum, SARC3 compact aluminum, and SSRC3 compact stainless-steel slide rails.
Types and components
When fully open, the drawer can be pulled all the way out. *The rail cannot be pulled apart.
| SSTER3 (steel), pull-out: not possible The 100 mm rail length has no holes marked *. | |
| SAR3 (aluminum), pull-out: not possible | Outer rail mounting holes |
| SAR3 rail ends are cut faces and not chamfered. Handle with care. | |
| SARC3 (aluminum compact type), pull-out: not possible | |
- When retracted, the extending rail stops 2 mm beyond the fixed rail.
- Only the 80 mm rail length has stroke < rail length and does not reach full stroke.
- The 80 mm rail length has no holes marked *.

- No data other than that in the table above (such as rated load safety factors) is available.
Therefore, there is no rated load for a single rail.
Rated load definition

The rated load is the static load at the rail center with the 2 extending rails fully extended (N/2 pcs.).
Rated load by mounting method: the rated load varies with the mounting method.
For example, for horizontal mounting, the rated load guide is 25% or less (reference).
Load capacity drops greatly depending on the mounting orientation. For horizontal mounting, the load should be about 25% or less of the rated load in the specification table (N/2 pcs.) (rated load × 0.25 or less).
If a load above the reference value is applied in horizontal mounting, or applied with its center of gravity away from the rail center, the inner rail may come out of the outer rail. Test and confirm beforehand.
Pull-out: some types allow the outer and inner rails to be pulled apart, others do not.
Products marked "pull-out possible" allow the drawer to be removed when used for drawers.
Non-removable types do not allow the drawer to be pulled out.
Mounting method (using the access holes)
Where the rail interferes with a mounting hole, move the access hole over the mounting hole and fit the screw.
