Hydraulic Pilot Check Valves
Hydraulic pilot check valves are hydraulic control valves that allow backflow under certain conditions. While they function to prevent backflow, they allow backflow when pilot pressure is applied from the outside. They are often used in actuators, lifts and cranes, etc., and are used to maintain position so that the cylinder does not shrink due to damage to circuits or piping, etc. In addition to the standard type, a laminated type with a stackable structure is also available. The maximum flow rate varies widely depending on the product. There are products with large flor rates of 500 ℓ/min. The maximum operating pressure is generally about 25 MPa, but large ones around 35 MPa and small ones around 5 MPa are available depending on the application. Care must be taken because the type of connection port and mounting style differ depending on the product.
