Sealing Caps

Seal caps are parts used to close holes made during the work process. They are used when machining gearboxes, etc. to prevent oil from leaking out when drilling holes are no longer required, and to prevent contaminants from entering. There are examples with flanges and examples without flanges. Those with flanges can be easily removed. Care must be taken if the hole shape has burrs, etc., as they may not be able to be installed correctly. Because they are made of a special synthetic rubber material, they can be used for a wide range of machinery such as automobiles and agricultural machinery. It is necessary to select the size according to the diameter of the hole to be closed. Vinyl caps can be attached to unused fittings for resin pipes. They can be used for both hydraulic and pneumatic.
