Answer: Please see the below figure for the position of mounting holes.

For dimensions and pitches, please refer to the basic shape of the mounting holes in the drawing.
The basic shape of the mounting hole is a counterbore hole. The mounting hole shape can be changed, so please check the mounting hole shape change column on each product page.

Question: What does the "Total number of threads" of the block manifold/block terminal refer to?

Answer: Total number of holes excluding mounting holes.

Question: What is the difference between Q hole and R hole of block manifold and block terminal?

Answer: Q is the hole on the top and R is the hole on the side.

Question: Please describe about the type of hole shape for mounting the block manifold/block terminal.

Answer: There are four types: counterbore hole, through hole, tapped hole, and counterbore tapped hole.

Question: Is it possible to process holes with M threads instead of taper threads on block manifolds and block terminals?

Answer: Yes.
Please specify at "M thread size and Rc(PT)" on specification table in each product page.

Question: Can pipe threads other than PT standard be used for block manifolds and block terminals with PT standard thread holes?

Answer: No.
This is because the threads are not tightened properly.
Please select the combination of internal and external threads with the same standard

Question: What is the meaning of "G-" in model code of some block manifold and block terminal?

Answer: It means that PT threads (tapered internal threads for pipes) have been changed to PF threads (parallel internal threads for pipes)

Question: Is there a block manifold that allows individual selection of thread size?

Answer: Yes.

Answer: It is a number for identification between screw type of d1 and d2.

Question: The maximum number of block manifolds in stock is 6 circuits, but do you offer more circuits than that?

Answer: Yes.
For MTO (Made to order), number of circuits can be specified up to 8 pieces.

Question: Is it possible to freely specify the hole pitch of the block manifold?

Answer: Yes
For pitch designation type, pitch can be specified in 1mm unit.

Question: What is the L dimension of the block manifold pitch designation type?

Answer: The L dimension is the sum of the pitch number N x pitch P and the end face dimension. The L dimension can be changed if "number of circuits" were specified.

Question: Which material is suitable for block manifolds in case of using underwater?

Answer: Stainless material. This is because it is highly resistant to rust.

Question: Is it possible to apply more pressure to the manifold than what is listed in the standard table?

Answer: Please avoid of using in that application.
