Socket, SN Type (Blade Hose Mounting / Hi Cupla)

A low-pressure steel nut coupler with a spring nut that eliminates worry about hose bending.
Hoses can be fitted without the need for a hose clamp.
Types with spring nuts resolve any concerns regarding hose breakage.
A line-up for mounting braided hose is also available.

· No additional tightening required when using a hose clamp.
· The mounting portion of the braided hose hardly deteriorates or leaks.
· The braided hose can be mounted simply by tightening the nut to the end face.
· Can be connected to the conventional Hi Cupla of small bore.
· Fluid must flow from the socket side to the plug side.
· Cannot be used for vacuum applications both individually and when connected.
· Series of Hi Cupla type and Hi Cupla 200 type.
· Types with spring nuts to prevent hose-breakage are also available.
· To attach a hose, simply insert the hose into the nipple and tighten the nut.
· Designed so that it clamps the outer surface of the hose tightly to prevent the hose from easily falling off or the fluid from leaking.
· A "rotary nut coupler" is also available which uses a ball-bearing type swivel mechanism to prevent the hose from twisting and to reduce the amount of load applied to the user's hand.
