Magnets - Rectangular
Square magnets are products that generate an S-pole and N-pole magnetic field to stick magnetic objects such as iron. They are used for applications such as simple positioning of jigs and medical manufacturing equipment. These products are made from materials such as neodymium, ferrite magnets and samarium-cobalt ferrite. In some cases, the surface is nickel plated to prevent rust. Square magnet types differ according to their magnetic flux density, heat resistance, rust-prevention material, shape and holding force. Types with high coercive force or corrosion resistance, such as those made from polyamide, are also available. Select according to the objective or application. Although the magnet cannot be machined, a wide range of types are available, such as those fixed with countersunk bolts, a plate catch or other bolts.
