NEW STRONG Bases
A base is a type of jig base used for fixing and processing workpieces. Bases include MC tool holder blocks, parallel sets, etc. Using a base enables high-accuracy machining of T-slots and tapping holes without marking. The material used is low thermal expansion cast iron whose accuracy does not change with temperature or room temperature. You can choose from a standard type of which weight is heavy and a lightweight type that is easy to work with. The ready-made sizes are finely set at 1 mm intervals, so the tools can handle a wide range of machining. If you want to process a special shape, there is also an MC tool holder block corresponding to the desired dimensions and your preferred processing method. A cuttable type block has a margin of 0.4 to 0.5 mm and can be adjusted according to the application.
