Long Oil Gauge - General Purpose Nylon Made - KLA-SN

The oil gauge body is made of polyamide resin. The oil gauge has the same functions same as the KLA-A type (acrylic resin products), but costs less.

▪This KLA-SN type oil gauge is made from transparent polyamide resin.
▪ The oil gauge has the same functions as the KLA-A type (acrylic resin products), but costs less.
▪The degree of transparency is good and the oil level can be reliably read using white printing on the back and the built-in float.
*The black float is standard, but if a red float is required, please specify when ordering.
(Note) The operating temperature range is -30°C to 90°C.

Heat Resistant Chemical Resistant Oil Gauge Pipe, KLPC-G Type

The KLPC-G type is a heat-resistant, chemical-resistant oil gauge that uses special heat resistant synthetic resin for the KLPC type main body, Pyrex glass for the gauge pipe, and fluorine rubber for the packing.

• Since the main body and gauge pipe are sealed and connected with just an O-ring, minor machining divergences in mounting pitch can be covered over.
• There are not many parts and it is easy to mount and replace.
• Changing the gauge pipe length frees up the mounting length.
• Wide perspective enables to check the oil surface from the side.
• Internal contaminants can also be freely cleaned by simply removing the gauge pipe.
• All parts have excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance, with heat resistance up to 150°C.
