· The valves of "KD" series are highly reliable as they have a high Cv value compared to other direct diaphragm valves with a compact design and can handle high-purity gases for semiconductors while having both high durability as well as high corrosion-resistance.
· Excellent gas replacement characteristics have been achieved by minimizing the body vertical hole dimensions and reducing the internal volume to 1.2 cm (in 1/4", CVC male, open state valves).
· The unique gas contacting part seal structure has been pursued to seek an extremely high sealing performance, durability, degassing performance and corrosion-resistance.
· High corrosion-resistance offered by carefully selected diaphragm material and use of a unique molding method for the processing eliminate individual differences to the utmost, for achieving a high durability.
· Produced in a high level production environment and subjected to surface polishing, the products are suitable for use with high purity gas for semiconductors and exhibit particle performance to the maximum.
