AS ONE Sputtering Sheets
Spatter sheets are used when performing arc, gas and other welding work to block welding sparks and slags. Metal particles and sparks fly during welding work, and spatter sheets are used to protect equipment, people and facilities from them. They are lightweight and suitable for carrying around, and provide a quick covering. Spatter sheets come in 2 types: they either repel spattered materials or cause sparks and so on to stick. Spatter sheets vary in thickness as well as measures against the generation of toxic fumes and fire during welding. For this reason, reference values are specified by JIS-A-1323 according to the type of flame retardance and test method. Choose a suitable type that meets your requirements based on the difference of sheet materials and the difference of properties due to the weave.
