Auxiliary Bases
Auxiliary bases are angle plates, plates, sub-tables, etc. that are used as auxiliary to mount a workpiece on the base plate or the table of a processing machine. Many of them are made of cast iron, whose dimensional accuracy does not easily change with temperature or room temperature, or carbon steel, whose quality is stable. There are many types and sizes of angle plates, such as ones with a slotted hole or solid, ones with an angle adjustment mechanism, and ones with a rotary table. Plates and blocks include products for machine finishes, grinding finishes, and lapping finishes, and you can select a product suitable for the processing purpose from a variety of sizes. Sub-tables and jig plates are suitable for machining jigs of MC machines, and include standard types, types with screw holes, types with bushes or helical coil inserts, and T-grooved types.
