Jig Bases
Jig bases are reference fixtures for fixing workpieces during machining, etc. The jig bases can be categorized into bases and auxiliary bases. The bases include plates and blocks, such as MC tool holder blocks and base plates that serve as references for mounting workpieces during machining. The auxiliary bases include a angle plate that is used as an auxiliary to attach a workpiece to the base plate or the table of a processing machine. Many jig bases are made of cast iron, whose dimensional accuracy does not easily change with temperature or room temperature, or carbon steel, whose quality is stable. A jig base greatly affects the processing quality of a workpiece, the processing setup time, etc., so it is necessary to correctly set a high-accuracy one.
