Hydro Chucks
A hydraulic chuck is a chuck that hydraulically fixes a cutting tool to a machining center, milling machine, etc. It is suitable for situations where high-accuracy machining with an end mill, a drill, a reamer, etc. is required. The use of a hydraulic chuck enables high-accuracy and beautiful finishing, and also has the advantage of extending the lifespan of cutting tools. The types of hydraulic chucks include normal types, slim types to avoid interference with workpieces, and types with advance adjustment function. It is useful in fields where high accuracy processing is required, such as automotive parts processing and die processing. Since it is affected by the rigidity of a machine spindle and the balance of a cutting tool when being used, gradually increase the rotational speed from a low speed and use it at an appropriate allowable rotational speed. Check the standard and size for spindle of the machine tool and the size of the cutting tool to be used before selecting and using a product.
