Carbide End Mills

A carbide end mill is a cutting tool that is attached to machining centers and milling machines to cut metal, etc. It has blades on the side and one side end face, and allows various shape machining. The carbide base metal is made from tungsten carbide sintered with a binder of cobalt or nickel, and has high density, hardness and heat resistance. This enables high-speed machining and minimizes wear on the cutting edge. Blade shapes include square type, which is suitable for flat wall groove machining, ball type, which is suitable for curved surface machining, radius type, which is suitable for corner radius machining, tapered type, which is suitable for inclined wall machining, and long neck type, which suitable for deep machining.
