Darkroom / Light Shielding Supplies

Darkroom light-shielding supplies are items of equipment needed to create a darkroom (a room designed to prevent outside light from entering), and tools used in darkrooms. Assembly-type darkrooms are floor-mounted darkrooms consisting of an assembled frame covered by a blackout curtain. They let the user turn only the required space into a darkroom. They can be easily disassembled and moved. Light-shielding curtains are types hung from the ceiling that require rail installation. As well as use for work, they can also be attached to a room entrance to prevent light leakage from the door or a door window. Tabletop darkrooms are small table-mounted types used for microscopic observation or preserving specimens or other items. To darken the entire room, blackout curtains are placed on the walls and windows. Darkroom light-shielding supplies are available in standard and disaster-prevention types, along with several different sizes. Each item should be chosen to match the application, considering factors such as the equipment to be housed and the installation space.
