Acceleration Sensors（Installation Type：Surface Mount）

An acceleration sensor is a sensor that measures the speed change per second. Because the product can detect direct current acceleration, it can also measure gravity and measure a variety of information such as movement, tilt, vibration, impact, etc. of people and things. Acceleration detection methods can be broadly classified into four types: piezoelectric type, servo type, strain gauge type, and semiconductor type. Sensors with a measurement range of 20 G or less are called low-G acceleration sensors, and sensors with a measurement range of 20 G or more are called high-G acceleration sensors. Low-G sensors are excellent in detecting gravity, human movement, tilt, etc., and are often used in automotive control devices, as well as in aviation equipment and robotics. The high-G sensor is capable of detecting vibration and impact, and is therefore suitable for evaluating the performance of automobile airbags and measuring vibration and impact during cargo transportation.
