SSR (For Circuit Boards)
An SSR (for a circuit board) is a relay that has no moving contacts (non-contact relay) and is a component that uses semiconductor devices such as triacs, thyristors, MOS FETs, etc. An opto-semiconductor opto-isolator is used for input / output insulation. Non-contact relays include MOS FET relays, etc. in addition to SSRs. There are also high-capacity types suitable for analog signal switching applications, types where you can check the SSR operation by operation indicator light, and types with input reverse polarity protection functions. SSRs (for circuit boards) have no contact between electronic components, so they have the advantage of not being worn out, generating less noise, having no operating noise, etc. It has a wide range of applications, and can be used for test and measuring instrument, disaster prevention and security equipment, solenoid valve drivers, etc.
