The 3M™ Secure Click™ Gas and Vapor Cartridge features Dual Flow Technology, which allows air to pass through in two directions (front and back), making breathing easier.
The Secure Click™ connection design ensures that the filter is properly and securely attached. This cartridge is NIOSH approved for use with the 3M™ Secure Click™ Reusable Respirator HF-800 and FF-800.
The new and improved 3M™ Secure Click™ platform provides a quick and easy cartridge/filter connection, similar to using a seatbelt. Simply align the cartridge connection with the facepiece connection and push it in until you hear a “click” to ensure the filter is properly installed.
This cartridge utilizes Dual Flow Technology, which creates four airflow paths in the world’s first Quad Flow cartridge system on each respirator, providing excellent breathability and comfort. This cartridge is compatible with the 3M™ Secure Click™ Reusable Respirators HF-800 and FF-800.

This cartridge provides protection from a wide range of gases and vapors, and is designed for use in a variety of industrial applications.
Certifications and Protection: 3M™ Secure Click™ Gas and Vapor Cartridges are NIOSH approved and provide respiratory protection against certain gases and vapors up to 10 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) for half-facepiece respirators and up to 50 times the OSHA PEL for quantitatively tested full-facepiece respirators.
Worker Support: To help protect workers, 3M™ offers a free online tool, 3M™ Select and Service Life Software (www.3M.com/sls).
This software helps you select the right respirator, cartridge, and particulate filter to handle the respiratory hazards and contaminants in your workplace, and helps you schedule replacements.

IMPORTANT: 3M™ Secure Click™ Gas and Vapor Cartridges are not intended for use in immediately hazardous to life or health (IDLH) environments, sandblasting environments, or particulate environments.
Unless used with the 3M™ Replaceable Prefilters D7N11 with Filter Cover D701, the filter cartridge should be replaced according to the specified schedule or sooner if odor, taste, or irritation from the contaminant is noticed.
