Notes on cutting conditions
- Note 1) If the rigidity of the machine or work material installation is low, or if chattering or abnormal noise occurs, reduce the rotation speed and feed rate in the same proportion.
- Note 2) If the depth of cut is small, the rotation speed and feed rate can be increased. Also, if processing accuracy is important, lower the feed rate.
- Note 3) α is the inclination angle of the machined surface.
