Precautions for cutting conditions
- *1) If the machine or work material is not rigid, or if chattering or abnormal noise occurs, reduce the rotational speed and feed speed in the above table by the same ratio.
- *2) If the depth of cut is small, the rotational speed and feed rate can be increased. If end milling accuracy is important, reduce the feed rate before use.
- *3) α is the tilt angle of the machined surface.
