Precautions for cutting conditions
- 1) α is the tilt angle of the machined surface.
- 2) If the notch is small, the rotational speed and feed speed can be further increased.
- 3) If the machine or workpiece is not rigid, or if chattering or abnormal noise occurs, reduce the rotational speed and feed speed in the above table by the same ratio.
