Product features and specifications
Basic specifications and features of the product
■Supports a variety of machining conditions

■Using 2 types of threaded insert enables continuous processing of "plunging and horizontal milling"

Realizes stable and trouble-free machining due to excellent cutting chip breakability.
Employs the same threaded insert as the counter boring cutter PZAG.

Stable and long lifespan without chattering due to high-rigidity and sharp cutting edge.
Employs the same threaded insert as the shoulder milling cutter PSE.
■Flat bottom hole bottom

■High cutting chip breakability during hole machining

■Various threaded inserts that suits machining applications

Recommended cutting conditions
Recommended cutting condition table
- This cutting condition describes the rotational speed, feed rate, and cutting amount for each work material (general steel, steel alloy, heat-treated steel, high-hardness steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, etc.) based on the manufacturer's recommended conditions.
- Optimal machining conditions vary depending on the machining environment (machine tools, tool holder, etc.); therefore, please check the machining conditions (machined surface, chattering, etc.) and make corrections during use.
■Side milling / slotting
- Please calculate with 1 blade for horizontal milling.

■Hole machining (For both counterboring and plunging)

Precautions for cutting conditions
- The above condition table represents the recommended values for the short shank type. For the long shank type, reduce the cutting speed shown in the above condition table to 80%.
1. This cutting condition standard table applies to machining using water-soluble cutting oil.
2. This cutting condition standard table shows general values of actual cutting speed. Please properly adjust them according to the actual machining environment.
3. Remove scratches and dirt and attach a threaded insert firmly.
4. Hold the work material firmly so that it does not deform, bend, or vibrate.
■Set the maximum inclination angle for ramping and helical drilling to 3° or less.
