Lockout Tag Do Not Switch On

This lockout tag from RS is printed red on a white background and is produced from hard PVC with a nylon tie for easy attachment and removal.
One side of this printed label features the ’No entry’ symbol along with the main message ’Do not switch on’ in reverse out white text on a red background for maximum visual impact. The other side of the tag repeats this message and also provides space for ’Remarks’, ’Signed by’ and ’Date’.
