· Can manufacturing and sheet-metal processing require several processes, and involve laborious final buffed mirror-finishing work. Use of the series helps remove the processing marks after the rough finish with a belt sander or resinoid grinding wheel while achieving fine surface finish without leaving any deep scratches: this saves the process of removing polishing marks and lightens the final buff polishing work.
· Besides polishing for the removal of processing marks after bead cutting, it can be used directly on nuggets with thin spot welding.
· It can also be used for deburring of edges after punching or on a laser cut surface.
· By reducing the rotation speed, the elasticity of the rubber can be put to use, the contact can be softened and any burns prevented.
· Due to its excellent sharpness and durability, in addition to sheet metals, it can also be used for deburring in gear grinding and for rounding the edges of large molds.
· Use at low speeds to help prevent the generation of heat, allowing it to be used for processing the edges of sheet glass.
