· A dedicated tool for removing or mounting spring-type hose clips used for fixing cooling system hoses in vehicles.
· Can be used for leaf-spring type hose clips used for hose outer diameters of 10 to 36 mm.
· The teeth edges are in a waffle pattern designed for firm grasping, preventing the hose clip from sliding out of the pliers. This is useful in confined or hard to reach areas.
· The trapezoidal shape of the jaw allows grasping from vertical, horizontal, diagonal, and other various positions.
· The grip and jaw are more compact than those on the AE931 standard type. The tip has a 35° angle to allow the tip to be inserted all the way in and perform work while avoiding the pipe and stay.
