- Do not use diamond cutters for curved or oblique cuts, as doing so might cause damage to the cutter. Make sure the included protective cover for electric power tools is attached during use. Make sure workers are wearing face protection and that they pay proper attention to safety. Blade edges may become clogged during use, reducing cutting performance. When that happens, reset the blade. (If you continue cutting without resetting the blade, abnormal levels of heat may build up and damage the wheel, potentially leading to injury.) For resetting, cut a coarse grindstone or soft work material (block or brick).
- Be sure to rotate in the direction indicated by the arrow. Use a collar or flange that matches the diameter of the hole in the center and only use after checking that there is no movement or shaking/slippage.
