· Industrial weighing scales must be capable of accurate weighing in high vibration environments.
· For this reason, countermeasures are required that approach vibration from the standpoint of electronics, software and machinery. These include analog filters, moving average methods, oil dampening, etc.
· However, because these methods generally slow down the response speed of the scale, it is difficult to make a scale that displays with both high accuracy and high speed response.
· The AD-4408C is equipped with a newly developed high performance digital filter. It achieves high accuracy and high speed response in high vibration environments, which have posed a problem up to now.
· Through the use of this function, automatic weight judgment devices like the CFW hold the promise of steadily and reliably improving the performance of scales that include sources of vibration in their structure.
· Also, since a special mechanically vibration-proof structure is not required, cost performance and maintenance are vastly improved.
· Furthermore, when calibrating scales in places with vibration, the source of vibration had to be completely stopped, or calibration carried out on holidays when the machinery was not in operation. But now calibration is possible even in environments with vibration.
