· The thermal expansion coefficient is measured using a high accuracy dual-faced interferometer (DFI).
· The dimensional accuracy is measured using a high accuracy gauge block automatic light wave interferometer (GBI).
· The nominal dimensions of the rectangular gauge block are 100 to 500 mm.
