· Elemetron EM-SA1R has been significantly downsized to a volume of 1/50th compared with the conventional model, while maintaining high sensitivity and high accuracy with minimum read value of 0.1 μm. In addition, new functions enabling multi-point measurement such as combined installation and batch control have been added, which can be used by combining the master unit and slave units. It helps save space while expanding the functions of conventional models.
