Product Description
[Features]
·High NA infinity correction objective lens for femtosecond laser (770 to 790 nm) and YAG laser (1,064 nm) machining.
·Since it is designed to suppress aberrations in the visible region, it is possible to observe the machined surface coaxially with the laser beam.
·The working distance (WD) is long, the curvature of field is corrected, and a natural observation image can be obtained up to the periphery of the field of view.
·An infinity-corrected objective lens that can be used for coaxial observation systems, laser-introduced optical systems, etc.
·The near-infrared objective lens (PAL-20-NIR(780)-LC07/PAL-50-NIR(780)-LC07) demonstrates the highest performances when it passes through a glass substrate (0.7 mm), assuming LCD processing.
·It can also be used for observation with infrared light.
·PAL-20-NIR-HR-LC00/PAL-50-NIR-HR-LC00 comes with a protective glass unit (glass thickness 1.8 mm).
·The objective lens can be protected from the scattering caused by laser processing.
·The protective glass of the protective glass unit can be replaced.
·Various objective lens can also be used with pulsed lasers in visible light (532 nm).
·The laser yield strength (reference value) of each lens at a wavelength of 532 nm is 0.1 J/cm^2. (however, laser pulse width 10 ns, repetition frequency 20 Hz)
·A fixed objective lens holder (LHO-26) is available.
·An observation unit with coaxial illumination (OUCI-2) and a dichroic block for laser introduction (DIMC) are available as a lens barrel for laser processing.
· * When using the objective lens for laser machining, widen the incident beam diameter (1/e^2) to approx. half the pupil diameter.
· * If the incident beam is too thin, you will not get a small focused spot. Also, high energy density of the laser can damage the objective lens.
· * When laser processing is performed using an objective lens, the lens surface of the objective lens may become dirty due to the processed flying particles.
· * Make sure you have a sufficient working distance (WD) or insert a thin protective glass to keep the objective lens clean.
· * When a femtosecond laser beam of 100 fs or less is incident, the pulse width may widen.
· * The magnification is the value when using the imaging lens f = 200 mm.
· * When used with microscope barrels from other manufacturers, the magnification may differ.
· * Check the focal length of the imaging lens of the lens barrel you are using, and obtain the actual magnification from the ratio of the focal length of the imaging lens to the focal length of the objective lens.
· * The PAL-20-NIR-HR-LC00/PAL-50-NIR-HR-LC00 is designed in consideration of the thickness of the included protective glass.
· * If you remove the protective glass and use it, the performance will not be as specified.
