· While preserving its properties, the lens has been made into a thin plate-like shape using a step construction on a lens of short focal length which would otherwise be thicker.
· Can be used as a substitute for lenses used as magnifying lenses or for LED lighting.
· Machined directly into the 2 mm thick acrylic plate, it makes distortion unlikely and ensures stable performance.
· Four types of focal lengths are available from 5 mm to 20 mm.
· Weight saving is achieved compared with lenses of the same focal length, and the lens never pops out of the holder.
· * Fresnel lenses have a particular orientation. The processed surface is the convex surface.
· * When Fresnel lenses are used with lasers, diffracted light is generated by the step structure, leaking some light around the focused spot.
· * Lens characteristics can be obtained within the range of φ50 mm, but focal length accuracy cannot be guaranteed outside the effective diameter.
· * Forcefully rubbing the machined surface of the Fresnel lens may cause performance to deteriorate.
· * Do not directly touch the machined surface.
· * If exposed to high temperatures of 80°C or more, the product will distort and its performance will greatly deteriorate.
