· The frame of the mirror holder has been eliminated to enable a holder in which the entire front surface is a mirror.
· The substrate is made of ceramic with a low thermal expansion coefficient, with high-precision polishing to ensure extremely high surface accuracy and temperature stability.

· Because the mirror type is high-precision polished ceramic that has been coated with a dielectric multilayer film, it is not inferior to glass coated dielectric multilayer mirrors.
