· By optimizing the material and thickness of the substrate and the coating conditions, a mirror with high surface accuracy has been realized.
· Guarantees surface accuracy of λ/10 after coating.
· A higher surface accuracy (after coating) than the conventional multilayered dielectric flat mirror (TFM) is provided.
· By using synthetic quartz for the substrate and making the substrate thicker, the rigidity of the substrate has been increased.
· A line-up of high-reflectivity mirrors is provided to support the individual wavelengths of ultraviolet lasers and YAG lasers.
· HTFM-MHG, which features a mirror adhered to the holder and guaranteed surface accuracy, is also available.
· * Reflection wavelength characteristics may vary depending on the polarization state of incident beams for dielectric multi-layer film.
