· This is a high quality window used to allow light to pass inside vacuum containers, to the reflecting side of partitions, and so on.
· As the transmittance has been enhanced using an antireflection film coating, it can be used as a window for sample observation, or as a window for irradiation by laser, etc.
· The 4% glass surface reflection has been constrained to 1% or less by application of an antireflection film coating of dielectric multilayer film.
· The use of high-quality materials ensures that, by passing through the glass, the image is not distorted or the laser light scattered.
· The angle of the transmitted beam does not change even if this aperture plate is inserted perpendicularly in the path of the laser light.
· * Extremely subtle interference fringes may be observed in the luminance distribution of transmitted light when a laser with a large diameter is used.
· * When used with wavelengths outside the specified wavelength range, transmittance loss will slightly increase.
· * Transmittance may decrease if a large incident angle is used.
