DPSQ-30-10H 60° Dispersing Prism

Product Description
[Features]
· When finely collimated white light is incident on a prism, it exits divided into its wavelength components according to the different refractive index with wavelength.
· Dispersion prisms are used in dispersion compensation in spectrometers, oscillators in femtosecond lasers, etc.
· By using a 45° prism, the wavelength dispersion is increased and the spectrum can be observed efficiently.
· All 3 sides of the regular triangular prism are polished, allowing it to be used from any side.
· The DPSQ type is synthetic quartz and can also be used in the ultraviolet region.
· The DPTIH11 type features a large wavelength dispersion refractive index so the spectrum can be observed efficiently.
· Prism holders (PLH) for fixing prisms are available.
· * The actual measured A dimension includes chamfering and is slightly shorter.
· * Dimension tolerance is defined by the sides of the triangle formed by the angled surface and 2 bases.
· * The prism surfaces are not anti-reflection coated, resulting in an 11% or more loss in transmittance. (Note: For Unpolarized Light)
